I’ve lost my pin

If you lose your pin before you have had a chance to come to Lotto Social and redeem your lines, unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund as we won’t be able to verify your transaction.


If you have already redeemed your pin, we will be able to identify who you are by your mobile number and reissue your password.

We would advise customers to activate their pin immediately after purchasing their voucher in order to register the purchase with Lotto Social. Don’t forget you can always save your credit for bigger draws.
