Common Issues with Redeeming a Voucher Code

 

Sometimes there might be a slight issue or mistake when entering your code, always double-check and remember it's case sensitive. 

 

How can I redeem my voucher code?

  • We always recommend using the email link provided in your voucher email, which will normally be sent from us or Groupon.
  • There will be instructions provided on the email alternatively, you can click here for detailed instructions.

 

 

Common errors or issues:

  • Typo - when entering your code, we would recommend copying and pasting the code into the code box. As the code is case sensitive, this could prevent the code from working.
  • Wrong Code - make sure the code is a Groupon code that is compatible with Lotto Social. You'll be surprised to hear this, but it can happen.
  • Voucher Expired - please check the voucher code is in date and if you are unsure it will be stated beside the code.

 

Sometimes, there could be a brief error, stating the voucher has already been redeemed, but do not worry! We have recently fixed this issue, but your voucher has been redeemed onto your account. What we would suggest doing is waiting for 2 minutes and then check your tickets in your account.
