Has your payment declined and you are not sure why?
This could be due to several reasons.
Common errors or issues:
- Funds - do you have enough funds in your account? It is always good to check.
- Typo - when entering your card details, be sure to double-check you have entered the correct digits. With so many digits it is often easy to overlook any mistakes!
- Card type- be sure to select the correct card type as it is often the difference between a failed payment and a successful one. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
- Bank - sometimes your bank could prevent payments as additional precautionary and security measures. Give them a call, if none of the above applies!
